Immediate Relief for Cold & Flus

These acupressure points will relieve cold and flu symptoms and strengthen your immune system.
1) Ease cold symptoms, sinusitis, and release tension in jaw, neck, and shoulders for better respiratory function: Massage the web between the thumb and index finger on the back of the hand. *do not use if pregnant
2) Relieve chills, fevers, congestion, sore throat and nasal congestions: Apply pressure 2 finger widths above the wrist crease on the thumb side, just off the radius bone to strengthen the lungs and respiratory system.
3) Improve Chi (Qi) circulation throughout the whole body (blood and lymph) to increase the immune system response: Locate 4 finger widths below the kneecap, outside the tibia bone, and press down in alignment with your 3rd toe.
4) Relieve asthma symptoms, coughing, sore throats, and insomnia: Apply pressure on the inside of the ankle (big toe side) halfway between the Achilles Tendon and the anklebone.
